At Lake Shikaribetsu, located in the southernmost point of Daisetsuzan National Park in Shikaoi Town, ice village is created on a frozen lake.
This year marks its 45th event since 1980.
You can walk on the frozen lake and see igloos, bath in an open-air hot spring bath, and soak your feet in a foot bath.
Enjoy drinks (both alcohol and non-alcohol) in glasses made of ice at the ICE BAR!
For more excitement, try some exciting activities such as snow mobile and snow rafting with additional fee.
With a season pass at 1,000 yen, you can come back many times until March 15th!!
