In 2016, five government licensed English speaking tour guides and a travel agency established Hokkaido Sapporo English Guides Ltd.
Originally started as a group of 10 tour guides in 2010, our business expanded to the point where we needed to become a formal entity. We now have about 30 tour guides and offer high-quality guiding services. We also train fledgling tour guides and share our expertise with local communities to deal with the increasing number of visitors from overseas.
